Overview of Returns and Refunds

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

For refund eligibility, you must return your item unused and unwashed, in the same condition you received it. If possible, please use the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain situations exist where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically return to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending upon your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund officially gets posted.

Next contact your bank. Some processing time often occurs before a refund gets posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Returns of Sale Items

Eligibility for returns applies to both regular and sale items.

Refund Policy on Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we’ll provide the address for the exchange.

Returning Gifts

Items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you result in a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll e-mail a digital gift certificate to you for use on our site.

Items not marked as a gift when purchased or shipped directly to the gift giver prior to you receiving them will have a refund sent to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Refunds and Returns

To return your product, initiate a return request, and you’ll receive shipping instruction.

You must cover your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item, as we have no control over the shipping services.
